Consulting services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements between AroraMSP and the client. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of outcome.

Digital products

AroraMSP sells downloadable digital products including PowerShell scripts, documentation, and sample reports. All products are delivered electronically via automated download link after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

Payment and pricing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy who acts as the merchant of record. Prices are displayed in your local currency equivalent. All transactions are processed in USD. AroraMSP does not store or handle payment card details.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download contact himanshu@aroramsp.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Acceptable use

Our scripts and tools are licensed for use within your own Microsoft 365 tenant or tenants you are authorised to administer. Redistribution or resale of our products is not permitted without written consent from AroraMSP.

Limitation of liability

Content on this site is provided for informational purposes. AroraMSP accepts no liability for actions taken based on information published here without a formal consulting engagement in place.
